HTML Creative Requirement
Approved eshot designed by the client, plus the subject line.
Format can be:
- In HTML (with the preferred hyperlink)
- In JPEG (at RGB mode and 72 dpi resolution)
- In PDF (where fonts and images are embedded)
- The width of the designed eshot must not be more than 700 pixels and at 72dpi. No restrictions on the height.
Coding restriction:
- Form fields cannot be activated
- If a form needs to be filled-out, a dedicated landing page must be provided by the client, together with the link
- If using CSS, please use “inline code”. Otherwise, the system will not allow it.
- Any type of scripts are not allowed
- URL shortener (e.g. bit.ly, goo.gl, rdd.me, etc) is not allowed by the system. We require the link to be in absolute format. For example, instead of bit.ly/123456789, we need it to be at this format –> www.websitename.com/actual-name-of-the-page-or-artwork.
Image restriction:
- No SWF
- No animation
